Drowning Pool and Saliva are joining forces for a co-headlining U.S. tour marking the 25th anniversary of their breakthrough albums, Sinner and Every Six Seconds. The tour launches October 8 and runs through October 25, paying tribute to two of the most iconic hard rock records of the early 2000s.
Released in 2001, Drowning Pool’s debut album Sinner includes heavy anthems like “Bodies,” “Tear Away,” and “Sinner,” which helped establish the band’s global presence. Saliva’s Every Six Seconds, also from 2001, features hits such as “Click Click Boom,” “Your Disease,” and “Always,” and became a staple of early 2000s rock radio.
Drowning Pool guitarist C.J. Pierce expressed gratitude for the ongoing support: “We are beyond grateful and thankful to still be here rockin out with everyone after 25 years of letting the bodies hit the floor! This tour is a once-in-a-lifetime experience celebrating ‘Sinner’ with us.”
Saliva frontman Bobby Amaru reflected on the enduring power of the music, saying, “Great music has a life far beyond the people who create it. This tour isn’t about nostalgia, but honoring the music and giving fans a chance to celebrate these great records.”
To mark the anniversary, Drowning Pool will offer a limited run of 25th-anniversary Sinner vinyl for sale exclusively at tour merchandise booths, drawn from the band’s personal reserve. Saliva will continue to push forward with their new album Breaking Through, due August 14, showcasing new material alongside their classics.
The tour will feature career-spanning sets from both bands, combining classic hits with newer songs. Both groups will also appear at select fall festivals and headlining shows beyond this tour.
